So with one of my human slaves in the US studying grooming, i only have my 2 remaining slaves. They have been treating me like a queen to get me back in condition. I have returned to my original weight, and my coat is returning too. I had part of my coat shaved off in preparation for the pups and it is growing back nicely :)
Have not been going out much because of the dreadful rain. Been forced onto the treadmill instead. I don't mind going onto it, but nothing beats a good walk
My husband has been spending his time lazing on the bed, but rushes for the sofa every opportunity he gets. It used to "belong" to him. He would spend hours sleeping on it while S does housework but it now goes to the babies. They watch animal planet with S. Leonie, in particular, likes watching TV.
A lot of the neighbours are doing renovations work to their homes. It took the babies a day to get used to the noise of constant drilling. Now, they can sleep through it and hardly notice it. I think S has a harder time adapting. She complains it disrupts her naps -_-
Well, i got to go reclaim my spot. Arson just went to sleep next to S, but that spot belongs to me. S keeps using Arson as a bolster but i think its time i put a stop to that and let them know who is Boss. S will be my pillow tonight. Muah hahaha!

Updates
Audrey:
Its been a LOOONGG LOOONG time since my humans have helped me blog. They say its because of the puppies. I say they are just lazy. Hello?? They are my children. I look after them, not the humans! Sigh. Excuses, excuses, excuses
With one of my humans in the US, and other one busy with exams, i am left with only one slave. I guess i just have to make do :(
I spend my days teaching the puppies lessons about life. I am the queen, they are the slaves. I tell Arson that too every morning. I see myself as a modern day Cleopatra (I just love the way she lies down. I do that all the time)
I exercise by vaulting over puppy gates (aka baby gates). No matter how high the obstacle, i can jump over it. It makes my humans want to slam their heads against the wall, but hey, I am the ruler. I make the rules. So what if the puppies wake when i enter their room? They shouldn't sleep till i tell them to!
Well, I will appraise my human's performance for this month, and let her know where she is lacking. I am sure she will forget to fluff my pillow. I better go tell her now!

166, 167 And 168th SKC Dog Show - Results
Overall, our results are:
166th show under australian judge: BOB, BIG
167th show under thai judge: BOB
168th show under Singapore judge: BOB
Pretty okay considering that Arson has no coat now that he has just completed his shed. The next dog show will either be in Nov or Dec. Not confirmed yet. :)

Audrey's complaints
Audrey:
S brought Arson out without me!! Its super duper evil of her to leave me at home with s3 just so that I can be a walking milk bottle to the pups!
(S: They are your pups! Who else is going to feed them?!?!?!)
Arson was brought to Labrador park, west coast dog run, sentosa and a wet market all in one day! Shucks, why cldn't I have gone!!!
S said she brings Arson to the wet market because the auntie gives a discount to Arson when she sees him. SHEESH. Arson is not a walking discount card! He is my hubby and slave~~!!
(S: You eat most of the food so stop complaining!!)
Is it not enough that I am the milk supplier? I am also the resident choo choo train for the pups! Don't you always see a trail of pups running behind me? For all the work that I do around our home, i deserve all the food I get!
(S: Erm...that's why you get the lion's share of the food & toys right? )
S, in case you don't get it....my food is converted into milk. And, my toys are shared with my kids!!!
(S: Okay...i get it. Your cheese cake is in the fridge. You can eat that for dessert okay? -_-'' )

S abandoned me for a few hours today because she came home with some super yummy food! S went farm roaming today because she wanted to buy Organic veggies for us! S came back with 13 different types of veggies for us! Here are some photos S took of our veggies!

They are back!!!
Audrey:
They are back!!!!! S came back with lots of presents for us. She even brought home a new bed! The treats she brought back from the dog bakery she went are the most fabulous treats! I drool just thinking about it..
S says she will post photos soon once she can solve the error with her CF card (cross fingers). So far, she has developed them, but because her USB wire is also spoilt, she can't upload them onto her computer.
BTW, Its been decided that both of us will be signing up for the coming SKC show. S was a little hesitant because both Arson and I are shedding like crazy but what the heck. We have nothing planned for that weekend anyway.

Clicker and training
S:
After having Arson for 5 months, I decided to introduce the clicker to Arson last week. I'm glad to say, he's got it! We have progressed to targeting, and he is getting the hang of it.
Audrey is great with the clicker. She doesn't know many things, but that is my fault. I only made her learn her sit and down and some other fun tricks, like targeting, attention,bang, real bang, wave, paw, change paw etc. She also knows wait and leave it, which i feel is really important.
Audrey is really fast with learning, as compared to Arson. She can learn a trick a day. She learnt the Sit command when in quarantine by accident. I never intended my dogs to learn how to sit, because some feel it isn't good for dogs competing in conformation to learn. But, i couldn't help myself and i let the word `sit` slip out of my mouth a couple of times. So, within the 2 hours that i was with her in quarantine, she mastered the Sit command.
Now i am really tempted to sign both of them up for classes...But i can't commit to training schedules, so i keep putting it off. Maybe after they both get their titles...
Back to the clicker, I just love my clicker. I use the i-click, which i feel is the BEST clicker in the market. It gives out a very crisp `click!` sound, as compared to other clickers i have used. Now, there is a new version, the clicker+
I want!! So...i ordered -_-''
I am waiting for the shipping quote on my total order now. I haven't really decided if i will get it. I may get more of the i-clicks instead. I keep misplacing them around the house...The clicker+ requires battery, so i guess it may weigh a bit. I like that it produces 2 different sounds, so that you can use it for a 2-dog family, with each dog having their own individual click.
Recently...really have been ordering a lot of things online! The beauty of the low US currency.HaHa..Now, if only the Au currency would drop as well!

All alone at home...
Audrey:
S will be going to Tokyo at the end of the month for the FCI Asian International Dog show. She is going to meet Tomomi, the owner of Dixie, who is from the same kennel. Tomomi will be bringing True along, Dixie's baby. I am so jealous! S is going away to meet other puppies. This is the ultimate betrayal!At least she promises lots of new toys and treats to make up for it...
Arson and I are NOT happy about it, but i guess we will compromise.The last time S went to Tokyo, she bought back lots of treats. Half her luggage bag was filled with my things. Heehee. That was when Arson wasn't with us yet. I wonder what she will buy this time with both of us waiting for her back home!

Cristal
Audrey:
Poor Cristal is dying of cancer. The dogtors said that she cannot be cured. Although I have only played with Cristal once, it is very sad to know that she is currently suffering. Cristal's son Jordan is staying by her side and their hooman is thinking of adopting another dog to help ease their pain. Cristal and Jordan were both adopted by their hooman about 9 to 10 years ago.

Walk
Audrey:
S brought us for a 6km walk yesterday. She actually intended it to be a 10km walk but it rained halfway so we were forced to turn back! Boo Hoo.. Ironically, it was super sunny today but S didn't have the time to walk us so far. We only went our normal 2km. S tries to walk us 3 to 5 times a day but with the rainy season, we only manage one nowadays. :(:(:(
S was worried Arson would jump into the big canal because he got VERY excited looking at the rushing water in it. S said that if he jumped in, she would be very angry because she would have to jump in too. Opps!
Arson boy used to run 5km a day with his handler Maria. That is Maria's way of helping Arson build up his muscles. S wishes she could do that too but S would rather walk. That is why S bought us a treadmill. Its her cheaters way out! S is trying to get Arson to run on it but he always refuses. I, on the other hand looove it to bits! S gives me lots and lots and lots of yummilicious food while i run and especially when I am done. Heehee..
The bad thing about going for walks on rainy days is that S always bathes us when we come back! I don't understand it at all because we already bathed in the rain! Arson boy doesn't like the rain and tries to avoid it as much as possible. I was doing funny expressions when the rain went into my eyes. S laughed so hard that she almost dropped the umbrella. Weird...

Where is the sun?
Audrey:
Every morning, S brings us both out for our walks. We usually walk for an hour or more, depending. But..for the past week, we have been caught in the rain repeatedly. People stare at us as we walk back, probably wondering why my S is so cruel as to walk me in the rain.
Oh Mr Sun, when will you come back? Missing the days on the field (S says No to muddy fields)

S ordered toys for me *ahem*i mean, us, to share. It just came via UPS today!!! I get to pick my favourite toys out of the box myself:)
And, i spoilt one within the hour..S bought this wiggling mouse meant for cats, and i chewed it such that all its bones broke. S is conducting a funeral for it today. Bye Bye Mousie, I'll miss you...

Marley and Me

Filming for Marley and me began recently in Miami and Jake is in it! Jake comes from the same kennel as Arson and I. He is in charge of all the beach scenes. The cast for Marley and me comprises of Owen Wilson, Jennifer Aniston and Eric Dane "McSteamy" from Grey's Anatomy. I can't wait to watch it! Too bad doggies can't go to the cinema. I'll have to wait for the DVD. Hmph!
Jake was also the model in a Ralph Laureen Late Spring 2007 collection Ad campaign. He is our very own superstar!
